Donor Recognition
Deciding to give to a worthy cause is always a personal choice. Some do it to support a great experience they had as a student.
Some give to take advantage of the tax and estate planning benefits. Others would like to have their gift and accomplishments
recognized by those around them.
Giving to the university as well as CWRU Crew has a number of benefits:
University Recognition
Gifts made to the team through the university qualify for a number of recognition levels, including lifetime giving societies.
Reaching certain giving levels entitles the alum to recognition in university publications and invitations to special events
on campus.
The President's Circle giving society recognizes individuals and organizations that have enriched the university through
lifetime gifts of $1 million and above.
The Turning Point Society shows our appreciation for individuals and organizations whose lifetime support of the university
totals $100,000 and above to the future of Case Western Reserve.
The Luminary Society, named in honor of the university's first donor to make a planned gift, recognizes the many alumni
and friends who have made provisions for the future of Case Western Reserve.
CWRU Crew Recognition
Gifts to SARA and/or the University will be honored in our own special way! What better way to be recognized than by special
recognition at an alumni regatta. We would love to name a shell, coaching position, or boathouse after you. Significant
donors will also be given a customized painted blade as a small memento of our appreciation.
